The shipping costs and VAT depend on your place of residence and are therefore initially displayed in the shopping cart as flat-rate estimates. During the purchase process, these values are updated and finally displayed in the totals overview.

Delivery times

Our delivery times may vary. Once your order has been received, it usually takes 1-3 days for it to be processed by the shipping company

From the moment the package is ready to be shipped and you receive the shipping confirmation email, you can expect your package as follows:

Returns

Please note that we cannot cover the shipping costs already incurred or the costs of the return shipment. We ask you to pack the products securely so that no damage can occur during shipping.
