Shipping costs and VAT depend on your place of residence and are therefore initially shown as flat-rate estimates in the shopping cart. These values are updated during the purchase process and finally shown in the totals overview.
delivery times
Our shipping times may vary. Once your order has been received, it usually takes 1-3 days for it to be processed in the shipping company.
From the moment the package is ready for shipping and you receive the shipping confirmation by email, you can expect your package as follows:

returns
After you have taken possession of the goods, you have 14 days to cancel your order if the goods are closed. You can find further information in our cancellation policy.
Please note that we cannot cover the shipping costs already incurred or the costs of return shipment. We ask that you package the products securely so that no damage can occur during shipping.
